This division ensures that guests, residents, and all cargo reach their intended destination with minimal delay. Duties of the aviation department include administrative and operational departments. Administration will handle the development of the division, including establishing policies and procedures, recruiting, hiring, and training of all staff members, the preparation and coordination of outfitting, fueling, and management of multiple types of aircraft, compliance will all government regulations, and all financial matters. The operations department guarantees that all aviation services are available around the clock. Operations also handles pilot training, both real-time and simulation, security at all critical locations, and oversees the activities of the maintenance crew.
